Devote some time daily to connect yourselves eternally with mother nature. Sit under a peepal tree and meditate. Chat with a Neem tree. Tell trees your story or any other inspiring incident. Cheer a tree or plant on appearance of new leaves, fruits or flowers. Recite a song for them. Perform ‘Japa – sandhya’ below them. Tell your worries to them. When ever you feel like distressed by your inner enemies like – Kaam, krodh, lobh, moh, mad ormatsar, go to a nearby tree. Hug him and tell your worry. Appeal him to give you the ‘nisvarth bhaav’ fortitude like him.
We can experience great communication with trees (Vanaspati Jagat) if we try optimistically. Moreover, looking at nature and scrutinizing its selfless way of giving, we can identify our limitations and our ego to be counterbalanced.
When we unite people with ‘Guru-Parampara’ of Bharat, we automatically aid in safeguarding nature. I have visited many Guru-Ashrams. They appear to be different superficially, but are energized with same divinity within. Not as a matter of survey, you can evidently see that the people who are connected to any of the Ashrams are saturated with divine teachings of Bharat and under its influence, they are fearful of sinful activities like to waste even a single grain. It is great to take blessings of our sages. When they bless a person, they also bless trees, animal and water as ‘the blessed’ does not want to act upon any bad karma.
It is like how fire is hot and milk is white, that is how human being ( manushya) is divine and how nature is selfless. Hence, by understanding and respecting the true mission of nature, we can understand the genuine nature ofmanushya and can eradicate any kind of pashutva in ourselves.
The trees like Neem, Bilva and sacred plants like Tulsi inspire us to perform total sacrifice in the approach to our purpose of life. The goal of a tree is to serve all the living or non living beings of universe selflessly. For this mission,Tulsi, Neem and Bilva offer their entire being. Every part of their body is valuable for the world. A Neem tree doesn’t feel sad to be cut down for medical intentions and a Tusli feels proud to sacrifice herself for purification of earth as selfless service is their aim of life. They remind us of Raja Shibi, who sacrificed his flesh to protect the life of a pigeon. Similarly, we should also follow the divine tradition and be ready to sacrifice our entire self for achieving our ultimate goal of life.
